This team will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers live in safe, healthy, and well‑maintained homes. If you’re passionate about doing things differently, improving processes, and using your expertise to shape a new service from the ground up, this is your moment.
We are recruiting for:
✅ A Team Leader with significant experience managing multi‑disciplined teams and deep knowledge of damp, mould and condensation challenges in social housing
✅ Several Complex Repairs Operatives with strong multi‑trade skills, excellent diagnostic capability, and a clear understanding of how to resolve and prevent damp, mould and condensation issues

This newly formed team will be responsible for ensuring Aspire complies with emerging legal requirements while delivering a high‑quality, responsive, customer‑focused complex repairs service.
